ART CITY Bologna 2025

Bologna

This weekend in Bologna: Have you got your tickets yet?
ART CITY Bologna 2025, held alongside ARTEFIERA, is the event that transforms the city into a true laboratory for contemporary art. With 270 events, including exhibitions, performances, and installations, it explores art and digital media in many forms. The Special Programme is unmissable: the City Gates come alive with ten works that narrate Bologna’s past and present, culminating in a performance that connects them all. Galleries, independent spaces, and cultural institutions come together to offer a unique experience: a place where art is not just seen but lived.

Bologna Technopole

BOOMing Contemporary Art Show 2025 offers a platform to continue the conversation about resilience and transformation through art, technology, and nature. Hosted at Palazzo Isolani, the fair merges history and contemporaneity, addressing themes such as sustainability, feminism, and technology. Digital media are featured in works by micc and Morb, which reflect on sensitive content and sculptures created through “depixelation.” Leonardo Panizza’s installation Strapianto blends screens and nature. Additionally, the fair dedicates space to female representation in art and environmental challenges. Ready for this explosion of themes?

Palazzo Isolani, Bologna
